We want you to love our products as much as we do! We do accept returns if notified within (3) days of delivery. Requests after this point will be denied. Item(s) should be sent back to us within (7) days of delivery.
We inspect all returned items for signs of wear and damage. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Damage to pillow covers if used outside of decorative purposes
- Discounted / Sale items
- Damaged / Used items
- The cost incurred to ship items will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for return postage.
